Alpha was formed by its two Directors with over 75 years experience between them of the good and the bad that makes up the construction industry . Unfortunately the Industry seems to thrive on conflict and confrontation and some companies seem to deliberately go out of their way to avoid their obligations or to treat Contractors fairly. We bring our knowledge and experience to bear and seek dispute resolution in the most cost cost effective way possible by talking , meeting and fair treatment , however if not possible then through formal mediation , adjudication and litigation.
Alpha also has access to substantial Litigation funding and has been successful in providing multi level funding that has enabled significant 6 figure settlements to be achieved through Adjudication, High Court action and ultimately the Court of Appeal.
Alpha also offers a range of advisory services on non contentious matters such as business reviews and performance evaluations. Construction project reviews and analysis and support of Contractors and Clients in pre contract document submissions looking at programmes , logistics and buildability issues and challenges.
